Is the AI really that quick?

Yes. Describe your business and three complete homepages come back, usually in under a minute. Then you just add your own photos. You can ask for three new designs every week, and change anything in them.

Where do the photos come from?

From you. The AI designs everything else, then you add your own photos, so every photo on your website is one of yours. If you’d rather not have photos, switch off “Include photo sections” before you start.

Can I design my website myself, without the AI?

Yes, on either plan. Pick one of 5 themes, then build your website section by section in the editor, with your own words and photos.

Is the AI in the free trial?

No — the free trial is on Starter, where you design your website yourself. It includes your booking website, the editor, deposits, reminders and your own domain. The AI website builder, AI email marketing, the shop and teams are on Pro, at £19.99 a month. You can move up at any time.

Can I bring my bookings from my old system?

Yes. Type in your upcoming bookings and each customer gets a confirmation email with a link to manage their booking. Their reminders go out as normal.

What fees are there?

Just your monthly plan. We take no commission on bookings or shop sales, and there are no booking fees. Stripe takes its usual fee on card payments, as it would anywhere.

Do my customers need an account?

No. They pick a service and a time, pay a deposit if you ask for one, and get a confirmation email with a link to manage their booking.

Can my team use it?

Yes, on Pro. Up to 10 people can each have their own login, diary, hours and days off, and their bookings can be paid to the business or straight into their own Stripe account.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on both plans. You also get a free web address straight away, so you can take bookings before your domain is set up.

Is there an app?

It’s coming soon for iPhone and Android. Sign up on this website first, then sign in on the app with the same email and password. It has everything from your dashboard, and tells you the moment someone books.

I’m not very techy. Will I manage?

Yes. There’s nothing to install, each screen explains itself the first time you open it, and nothing goes live until you press publish.

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that your site goes offline, but nothing is deleted, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.

Earn £5 a month for each business you refer, for as long as they’re on Pro. Refer 4 and your own Pro plan is paid for. Refer a web developer and earn £15 a month while they subscribe.
